"We are just starting the process. After visits from 3 companies, we chose Window King LLC to replace our sliders and patio door (with blinds). Visit with company rep (Ron) was actually pleasurable and informative. No high pressure. Very good price. Ron was punctual - put shoe covers over his shoes before he entered our home. He was prepared and knowledgeable. We gave a deposit and signed the contract yesterday AND we are not second guessing ourselves today. We did our homework and Window King won out over the others. This is a responsible, reliable, high-quality company. We look forward to our future relationship and our new windows."

"Everyone at Men With Tools Cell Phone is so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and they explain things so well with pictures of their products as they go over everything about them. The salesman who met with me name John did not pressure me to buy the most expensive windows, it was a pleasure to speak with the salesman who doesn’t try to pressure you into getting the most expensive things and he really showed he cared about me getting the best windows for my home. Even Jennifer who is the co-owner and answers the phones is polite and calls and checks up to let you know when your windows will be there when they arrive. The man who came here to work on the windows were three of them. It took them about seven hours to install all three windows and the patio doors it was so quick I was stunned. They even vacuumed and took all the old windows away. You wouldn’t even know they were here because unlike other contractors I’ve hired and I’ve hired many because I just moved into a new home they left my house spotless. I will absolutely use them again if I need to for another window I have for anything else they do. I highly recommend them I met with four other window manufacturers and they were so overpriced and aggressive in trying to make the sale. Men With tools where the total opposite. Again if you want to professionalism, courteous, a lifetime warranty, and the job done quickly and efficiently absolutely hire this company. I can go on anon but I’ll stop but I was so impressed with this company and I highly recommend them to you and I tell you you won’t be disappointed. The day after my windows were done Joanne the salesman who came here called me to ask me how everything went even gave me his cell phone number to let me know if I ever need something done with the windows or patio doors to call him because his lifetime warranty. You don’t get service like this anymore these days it was great that this company is old school and actually cares about the customers and doesn’t try to sell you the most expensive items they have to make a buck."

"Rudy does excellent work, and is quite busy because of it. Still, he will come through and do a "handyman's" job professionally, and so for that reason he is someone to hire. He worked on a bathroom's shower area by reattaching a tile, and grouting older, less "clean" gaps between tiles as well as tub and tile. Also, he caulked areas around bedroom and bathroom windows that had bad air leakage, particularly noticeable during the winter months. Thanks to his work, I may have avoided additional decay of these areas, and the expenses to go with them."

"After reading great reviews about Paul and AGM as well as the OKNA windows, I decided to give Paul a call. We needed all 25 vinyl double hung windows replaced and our patio sliding door replaced as well. I contacted Paul and he responded right away and set up a time to meet with me. He showed up, showed me the window sample (OKNA 600), explained the process and gave me a quote that Sunday (we met on a Friday). We already had vinyl windows that were "builders grade" and were already failing at less than 10 years, so I was a bit skeptical about doing vinyl again. I considered Renewal by Andersen, but the price was outrageous and the pressure you receive by the salesperson is absurd. They want you to sing up for a $40k job after having 10 minutes to think it over..no thanks. I did a ton of research on not only OKNA, but so many different window manufacturers. I looked at wood w/ vinyl clad, composites, fiberglass, other vinyls. Spent a solid couple of weeks scouring the internet and looking at info. Every time, the OKNA product seemed to stand out far and above any others. Once we signed the contract,it all went great. Paul and his installer came by to make sure they had precise measurements and agreed on the install method. They told me exactly what to expect from the finished product and they were certainly accurate once completed. From signing to window install was roughly 3 weeks, which is what Paul told me to expect. Paul was great about communicating via email or text if I ever had a question. The install took a full 2 days. They guys did a great job. Everything was very neat. While it was the 3rd week of Feb, we got lucky w/ temps in the high 60s, which made it tolerable b/c all of the windows on first floor were basically removed at the same time. If it were really cold out, that would have been uncomfortable, though I suspect they would have done it a bit differently to compensate. We are so happy w/ the windows and the sliding patio door. Such a big difference. No more drafty feeling by the windows. No more ice cold floor from the cold air "falling" down as it entered the terrible old windows. Also, it is noticeably quieter as behind our house is a somewhat busy road at times. Also, the operation of the windows is so smooth. My only regret is that we did not do this years ago;) I would highly, highly recommend Paul and AGM windows if you need some or all of your windows and/or doors replaced. You will not be disappointed."

"Everything went great. Dennis Panza is a true professional. He won't try to sell you anything you don't need, and uses only the very best replacement doors available. He took the time to go over options that were best for our situation. He is a genuinely nice person who stands behind his product and workmanship. On that note, our installer was Carlos who has over thirty years of experience and it showed in the outstanding job he did on both doors. Stop looking and gathering quotations from other companies. This is the one you want to hire. Highly recommend."

"Ron visited us and clearly explained all the options. The next day he called us with a quote that specified exactly the work to be done. <br /> On day one, Rick arrived to install the door. He did a masterful job and left the place completely clean at the end of the day. The next day Carlos, Ron's glass block installer, arrived on time and stayed late to keep to the schedule Ron had outlined for us. The next day he also arrived at the agreed upon time and completed the installation exactly as Ron had outlined. We're delighted with the quality of work we received from Eastern Glass Block. Ron is a terrific businessman. <br />"

"We are planning to sell our house, so Mike was very honest and helpful in offering advice regarding what work was and was not necessary, and we felt we could trust him when he told us certain work wasn't needed in order to sell the home. <br /> All in all, we are very pleased with the work Mike did. The lines where he painted and grouted are very clean, and it is clear that he took his time to make everything look perfect. He went above and beyond what we asked for-- for example, he moved and smoke detector from the center of the room to a more discrete location, as well as installed new trim between our kitchen and dining room floor without charing us! <br /> Mike was very professional, friendly and responsive. He made every effort to work with our schedule, and extremely communicative--he texted and emailed us each day he worked for us to let us know when he would arrive and leave. He also made sure to inform us of what to anticipate and expect regarding the work being done. We have an infant, so he educated us about exposure to chemicals in the paint and grout so that we could plan to be out of the house. <br /> Overall, Mike was very kind and respectful of our home. Much time and care went into set-up and clean-up. He is a warm and honest person, and it's nice to look at the work he did and know it was done with diligence and care. We plan to use him for future projects, and have already recommended him to our friends! <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Little Falls, NJ

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
