"Patrick Royal from Royal Premium Homes did an excellent job. My bathroom looks amazing. I could not be happier with it. He took the time to do the job correctly. Very trustworthy. I would hire him again."

"Went very well and finished before promised time."

"Since this remodeling was the first remodeling that we decided to do after a long time since we did our last remodeling that required to hire a contractor to do it. The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. We also wanted to do as many energy efficient features that will help us reducing the bills during time. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"Joshua is great! I purchased the toilets at Home Depot and arranged for Joshua to pick them up. Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. He was on time, work was completed superbly and cleanup was on point. I will always call on Joshua for my Handyman needs..."

"Darnell is very professional. We have young children and I very much appreciated that he and his crew were on time everyday and cleaned up every day after they left. Communication was easy with both him and his wife who primarily does the scheduling. The price was outstanding and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a general contractor in our area.

"I went with Expert Home Builders on a room addition. The big and expensive project and bog responsibility but I'm happy I hired this contractor. David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He informed me about working progress all the time and contacted me immediately if there was something important. His team worked hard, kept working area clean as possible, they were professional, friendly and quick also. The project was finished ahead of schedule and results are excellent. The quality of work is superb, overall experience excellent and price very acceptable. I would highly recommend Expert Home Builders to all people I know!"

"My experience with Ocean Seven Builders was absolutely stressed free! The high-quality contractor I have ever worked with. Communication was great his suggestion to improve the design defiantly made a great difference! Wow, what a great job they were done! I am fully satisfied with the results and highly recommend Ocean Seven Builders."

"Reached out for a fence repair, as my fence part of my fence went down with the storm. Received a timely response and quote. They came out the following morning and had the work completed by the of the day. Fence is new, sturdy, and looks fantastic! Would highly recommend J and J to anyone searching for some help that is above their skill level."

"We found Golden State HS after our last contractor didn't quite meet the standards and really put a bad taste in our mouth in regards to contractors. All of that changed once we decided to work with Lilith and her team who not overseen the project but ensure our new home was built beautifully and even better than we could have imagined it. We loved how thorough Golden State HS's team communicated every step and the reality of the process. Now we not only have a wonderfully constructed home with a pool, tennis court and beautifully landscaped property (they do it all), but we have what really feels like home. I would not only be reaching out to them for my next project, but i will also be referring them to everyone we know."
