We were so impressed with his communication and scheduling of subcontractors. Rarely was there a day that someone wasn’t at our house working to finish the project. The project finished a little early despite delays with permitting due to the city of Lakewood. The original estimate Pete provided was very close to the actual cost, however we added on several changes during the process. Pete was easy going, friendly and great to have around during the entire process. Would highly recommend!"
