They were very good at being transparent and explaining things to me before we started the job and then continuing to communicate as things came up. The project took a little longer than anticipated, but part of that was due to them pro-actively recognizing when we needed to change the plan. For example, we originally planned to keep the plumbing exactly where it had been, but couldn't do that with the new curb of the shower. They recognized this, let me know and took the time to update the plumbing so it met the need of the newly designed space.
