Very friendly, knowledgeable, went down to the basement found the problem, went to go purchase a few things he needed to get the job done and came back and cut out and replaced my leaking pipe!!! He was apologizing for having to go to the store because he's no longer in the field..he's actually the plumbing Manager!!! He didn't want us to have to wait through the weekend. Above and beyond Customer service!!"

"my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

"Service seemed to start off good but as the week progressed, I had to constantly call the office for updates. I had pipe on my septic tank replaced and had a hole in my back yard for almost two weeks. The worker was very good at trying to keep me informed but the office staff and managers did not communicate with me or their staff very effectively. When receiving a new Use Permit, it stated on the permit they didn't fill out the form completely. The sad thing is I was right there when they were filling it out and they didn't ask me one thing to fill in the blanks on the application. They were a bit pricey too but I was under a time crunch."
