"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

Don't be surprised if you ask them to bid a project, with other contractors bidding as well, and Authentic Stone is the only one to reply. That's your first sign. Don't be surprised if you receive other bids and AS comes in the lowest. That should be your final sign. No subs, they do the work themselves, great communication and job was done in 5 days. "Isidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! We have no signs of mold in the basement and the gutters are doing their job. It is also nice to have attractive gutters now."

"We have an old 1930's house that needed a large chimney repointed and cap replaced. Rod at Layman Masonry and his team were referred to us by our roofer, Kelvin Howard, for doing good work. We contacted Rod for a quote, and he came out the very next day to quote a price that was good considering the amount of work to be done. Rob and his team are insured and were courteous and friendly throughout the project. They showed up on time and maintained a clean job site. The project consisted of grinding out and replacing the old mortar, a new chimney cap and to put two coats of paint back on the chimney. The project was completed in 4 days despite rain every other day. We were very happy with the work done and will use Rod again in the future."
