I got used to opening my front door and finding their crews working. They were here for about a week and I never even had to clean up after them. What a marvel! The young man that ran the siding crew(Carlos) was nothing but kind and nice to me no matter what stupid question I asked. I can't praise this company enough."

Would like to see a little more coordination with plumbing to put same care and attention to detail as Joe, and keep work tools organized/out of the way of living space after hours. We did have some clean-up to do after the job was done (drywall dust, dirt, minor debris), but overall good experience and quality work. Joe was responsive to questions and minor issues that we pointed out day to day."

"Sal was recommended to us by a friend that found him here on Angie's List. We had him completely gut our bathroom to the studs. Overall he did a great job. Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. At first we thought his price was a little high, but we are so glad we went with him. You actually do get what you pay for. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work. With that said it is a good comfortable feeling to know that he is that busy and in such a high demand. I would recommend Scott to anybody that wants a honest quality job done at an affordable price point.

"Scott and his team are wonderful. After recently being scammed by a contractor that we hired to remodel my parent's home, I had to quickly find someone who is honest and reliable. I called Illinois Remodeling Consultants and explained our situation to Scott and he was quick to help us. He immediately went over to the property and gave us his honest observations. Because my parents were taken advantage of, he made sure that they did not have the same experience. His prices are completely fair and he even helped us with that. He took care of everything. We are so grateful to have Scott on our side. He is the best project manager and makes sure that everything is done. We are having the bathroom and floors remodeled and the back door fixed. "Steve and crew did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom and making it handicap accessible. My Dad is moving back home with me after recovering from hip surgery and has some mobility challenges so I was needing something a little more than your standard remodel. However, Steve and team were able to come up with the right solution pretty much on their own. The number of and placement of handicap bars is spot on. Other details like the color of tile and layout were decided by Steve and crew, which turned out beautifully. Steve was very flexible working with my schedule and dealing with any changes that came up during the project. He did a great job adjusting to those changes, relaying to his workers what should be done, and coming up with cost-effective and practical solutions where alterations were needed or problems arose. Steve is not only passionate about what he does but when you add in the high quality of workmanship and affordable price together it makes for a very satisfying total experience. The bathroom remodel was completed satisfactorily and within the needed time frame.
