"I wanted to make my house more secure, so I decided to replace my French doors with a sliding glass patio door. I compared three companies, of which Window Pros of Texas was the best choice. None of them were able to get the door installed quickly, due to shortages caused by factory Covid-19 lockdowns, however Window Pros was able to do the installation in six weeks, while the other companies needed 12-14 weeks. As far as price, Window Pros was in the middle. I wanted to know more about the doors they used, so I googled the brand doors, and found that the lowest bidder’s doors had lots of bad reviews, whereas Window Pros’ NT Doors got excellent reviews, and comes with a lifetime warranty, plus Window Pros offers a lifetime warranty on labor! I think Bill may have taken a little more time with the installation than someone else might, but he was a perfectionist, extremely detail-oriented, and did a wonderful job. I love my new patio door and am happy I chose Window Pros of Texas!"

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
