"This is a parallel review that I just submitted under Louis Mechanical of a similar title for the same work. Tim, the LM technician, inspected out heater and conclued that we needed a new heater. LM's estimate was about $1500+. I felt this was high and called Home360 who responsed within a couple of hours. Shane Hebert came to give us an estimate to replace our heater but decided to double check LM's conclusion. Within a few minutes, Shane got the heater working by tightening the thermocouple wire. We were happy to pay $89 to H360. I subsequently cancelled my order with LM and told them what had happened. We still owe LM for Tim's visit but they are currently reviewing the situation. We have used LM before and that's the reason we called them first. But our first call from now on will be to H360, even if the heater goes out again tomorrow."

"Our furnace would turn off after running for just a few minutes--never getting the temperature up to where we had the thermostat set. We called our AC/heating guy, and he had an opinion about what the problem might be but because he is not an authorized Trane dealer, he couldn't order the part. We searched online and found Bell Mechanical. They came promptly that same day and spent a long time trying to diagnose the problem. They tried multiple quick fixes but said most likely, a more expensive part would need to be ordered. They were able to get the furnace working correctly that same evening but said they would order the other part and just to call in the next few days to let them know whether or not things were working correctly. The furnace did actually work for a few days, but then it quit again. We called Bell, and they came and replaced the part--no problems since."

When they first installed it, the put the downspouts in the wrong direction from what we had corrected. They corrected that within a couple of days.
