"My mailbox post fell over, and I was having a difficult time getting someone to help me with it. Many companies say they are coming and don't, or don't return calls. I received excellent customer service from The Fix it Friends. Communication was great, got a confirmation the day before, which is rare! Patrick was accommodating and the work looks great!"

"Very pleased with my new bathroom! Great customer service and workmanship from John and his team, from start to finish of my complete bathroom remodel. The team was professional and talented, answering questions and making suggestions throughout the project. Frequent communication with John made everything run very smoothly. Would highly recommend Stonebrook. They will complete my next project!"

"Tom was very nice to work with from start to finish. I had old floor, vanity and light removed and replaced with new. Looks so much nicer, they did a great job. Thank you Tommy and Michael."

"very pleased with the overall process, from start to finish. This is the second sunroom I've build using this company."

"Complete bathroom remodel in 6 days! Great work, fair price. They were clean and in fact cleaned up at the end of each day to minimize the overall mess impact which was truly appreciated. Knowledgeable and offered creative ideas that we were able to use. Accessible as well after hours. They will be our go to for any future projects. Five stars!!"

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"MHI repainted my house in the fall of 2016. They initially did a sloppy job while going 40% over the initial estimate. But in October 2019 they came back out to fix some problems with the earlier work and to perform some additional work at a very reasonable cost. The crew that originally painted my house is no longer with the company. Bill's crew performed the work this year, and did a much better job. Bill will have a prominent role in MHI going forward, so I am confident they will be a very different company than the one I dealt with in 2016. I'll likely have Bill's crew repaint the interior of my house when this is done in a month or so. While I gave the 2016 MHI poor grades, Bill earned all A's."
