He left the ball in my court on what I wanted to do without pushing for a sale. I opted to replace both springs and cables on either side of the door with his recommendation. The price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, and I wanted it done quickly (they came out by 9 am the next day after calling them at 5:30 pm the night before). "It went very well. The estimator was very nice. He was the tipping factor for me going with the company. The installer arrived on time, in fact, early. Installed the garage door in no time. One thing, had to ask him to clean up the trash instead of leaving it piled in the corner of my garage. He stated he couldn't take it with him. If it blew out the truck, it was a fine. I get it, but don't leave it piled up. Overall nice work."
