"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"It was not a septic system problem. It was a plumbing problem I had. Tree roots had grown into my plumbing system, causing my toilet and tub to backup. Scott gave good customer. He also had to fix other plumbing issues I had. He did very good work, I would recommend this company to do your plumbing issues. Also the price was affordable."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
