When the technician arrived he could not find anything wrong with our furnace. They went above and beyond to ensure we did not have any issues with the furnace including taking the unit apart and physically looking up into the unit along with a CO2 test. They did not charge us anything for the second opinion. Based on our experience, we signed up for a three year maintenance plan which was $389 and includes air conditioner and furnace check ups and plumbing inspection including a water heater flush."
