"I contacted Pringle Electric on August 19.   He promptly returned my call and we set-up an appointment for a consultation on August 22.  When he arrived on the 22nd, he took the time to thoroughly explain what work would be required to accomplish what I wanted and was not the least bit irritated by questions.  His estimate of $200 for the job seemd a high.  In hindsight, given that I'm new to the area and have never hired an electrician, it may have been in my best interest to do some comparison shopping to get a beter sense of pricing.  However, as he was willing to perform the work that day, I agreed to hired him at his estimate.  While installing my electrical line, he also gave me an evaluation of my home's overall electrical system, identified some problem areas that my home inspectors had overlooked (along with telling me how I, myself, could fix these problems); he even hooked up my washer and dryer for me. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In addition to the electrical line, he also repared a broken lamp for us.  Once again, his charge for repair was a bit high ($40), but given the cost of the lamp, his charges seemed resonable at the time.Overall, he does great work.  I think he's a bit on the expensive side, but this may just be my ignorance of what electricians charge. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Overall, he does great work.  I think he's a bit on the expensive side, but this may just be my ignorance of what electricians charge."

"Dave was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.  He and his crew worked EXTREMELY HARD to repairs walls and paint garage and loft storage area before we moved in.  Also installed carpet in loft storage.  Installed bathroom fixtures (towel bars, etc); chandelier, ceiling fan, drapery rod, moved rolling shelf in kitchen cabinet.  Very respectful of our home.  Lined hardwood floors with dropcloths before coming in/out home.  Clean up was great.  I just was surprised at the final cost but  I did not understand just how bad the drywall and mudding job of builder was.  <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "Our roof suffered severe damage during a hail storm that was followed by a tornado. Haldeman's was prompt in giving an estimate. The company completed the job according to the insurance adjustor's appraisal. As the roofers were working, they found some underlying issues that could have caused future problems. After discussing these issues, we happily approved the extra work required. They replaced some rotted sheeting that was found when the old roof was removed. Additionally, they added venting which was never incorporated in our roof. All of the extra work they performed was at a fair and reasonable price. <br /> <br /> The contractor appeared at the agreed upon time and his crew worked everyday until the job was complete. The workers left no debris laying around. They were very careful around our flower beds and landscaping."
