"I called before the holiday weekend and told them I didn't expect to have any work done until after the holiday. Rich (I think he is the owner) called me to see what the problem was at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday January 2. I explained the problem and he confirmed that he believed it was the motor and that a motor repair on a dryer would cost me about $200, and since the dryer was 7 years old he didn't think it was worth the money. I agreed since a new dryer only runs about $350. He said he could bring me a new Whirlpool dryer and install it and called me back a couple hours later with an exact price. His quote was $375 plus tax unless I needed anything else to set it up. I agreed and by 3:30 pm I had a new dryer installed, the old one removed and best of all I didn't have to go shopping for the appliance. He was very nice and friendly. Fast service."

After through inspection and we discussing the old units and all the years they were in service and the condition, determined all needed replacing. We then scheduled installation date for the new units. Installers Jordan & BJ arrived on Oct. 25, and installed the units. Both men were very courteous and cordial. Worked tirelessly installing units in the home and making sure everything was working properly. Explained and showed how everything worked before leaving."

"Andy, the certified plumber from Henson Mechanical HVAC & plumbing, was very punctual. I was told to expect a plumber between 8 am until noon, and Andy came at 9:30 am. He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad.
