"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "Cheap is not good and Good is not cheap.... With that being said I went with Beutler which was slightly higher than the lowest estimate I got to replace a 29 year old water heater that just started leaking. Randy was fast and courteous to respond and sent out Juan who was very friendly, helpful, hard working, professional and he worked his tail off and got the job done in the time frame he said it would take. All in all I was without hot water for less than 24 hours"

"Mike is top notch he sent his son over and they checked everything. Were straight forward no nonsense company. Got a call after the work was done to make sure that everything was good. It happened to be another issue that was the actual problem and they offered advice and another company to do the work. Even a day later Mike called to make sure everything was good and that i was taken care of.. I would recommend accuflow plumbing for sure !!"

"they replaced it without the anti siphon value , said we didn't need it because we don't normally get freezing weather in our area that warrants one of those kind of faucets. Over all i guess it was fair price for what he had to do to replace it because of the line being inside the house wall."
