"Herb (owner) came personally to first look at the job.  Very nice, explained process.  Soon thereafter a guy came to measure.  Lastly, 2 man crew came to install.  Extremely professional, laid down protective covers over carpets etc.  The installers REALLY took their time and spent almost whole day doing finishing/touch up portion of the job like the caulking, flashing, aluminum.  Very nice people, windows look great.  Will likely be using again for roof and siding in next few years.   <br />"
