"They came out the same day I called. My system was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. The install was scheduled for the next morning and completed by that afternoon. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and did a nice job explaining options. They were careful during the install And did not leave any mess. There was some minor damage in the closet attic drywall, but repairs were scheduled.. Spending money on a new HVAC system is not fun, but these guys did a great job and I had an overall positive experience."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
