"The company called us the day after the earthquake, offering to come and do a free check in the crawlspace to be sure there is no damage or places needing repair in the liner after the quake. I phoned them yesterday to make the appointment and they came out today. And there is no damage or repairs needed, and the liner held up, still attached to the foundation cement stones and pillars. I felt this was very thoughtful of them to remember us. Since we installed the product a year ago, they have helped us feel comfortable that the product is doing what it is supposed to do. They also came out during the rains (however brief) in late February and checked that everything was still dry (not that we had flooding or ground water tables rise, but we were concerned that rain might have been coming in from the side vents in the house siding to the crawlspace). It was dry and everything looked good, so we determined that no more work was necessary to close up the house's side vents. That was money and time saved. ...Professional company and good people.

"Excellent!!! Christopher Rubio was very responsive and kept me abreast of time of arrival throughout the day. He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. He was very punctual and ended up waiting for me to arrive since I was delayed in traffic. Install went very well. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall. He wanted to ensure that the bars installed were safe for my mom as if he were installing them for his mom or grandmother. He left the area clean and performed the job well. He made an elderly woman (my mom) very happy and I have piece of mind that my mom is safe having grab bars in her shower area. Thanks Christopher! "Lawrence of Sugar Bear Plumbing has done several jobs for us.  The most recent was a bathroom remodel.  It's a tight spot but we're very happy with the end results.  He was receptive to our needs and last minute changes.  He is primarily a plumber and works with others to do the tile work, painting, etc.  We were especially happy with the plumbing job, the framing, and the tile work.  The paint job was contracted out.  Price was an issue and we got what we paid for on the paint job.  I can't actually remember when we had the job done.  However we're still happy with it.  He also replumbed our house.  No issues there.  If we needed a plumber or to do plubming work, I would call him again. "
