I make every attempt to spend my money locally as Affinity is locally owned.The owner Justin in my opinion was the one that was honest and Frank with regard to cost estimates that fit my needs. "This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The finished product is amazing. I was referred to Classic Buildings from work and I'm glad that I was as the quality is much better than other companies out there. After the first phone call, Dennis came out and evaluated our location and helped answer all of our questions with no pressure to buy. I then stopped by the Springfield showroom a couple of days later and decided to have them build it on site for me. A few days later I received a call to verify my purchase with colors, size, style, etc. A couple of weeks after that they scheduled a day and time to build on site. They showed up on time, took them 4 hours to completely build it out and then left. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. They didn't tear up my yard, they cleaned up everything before they left and walked through with me to answer any questions and to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. Great experience and I would not hesitate to buy from them again!"

"Chris Z converted a loft area in our detached garage that was once used to store mostly junk into a new bedroom and living area that is accessible from the main house via a walkway he built from the house deck to an exterior door added for the loft space. Chris was always on time and courteous. He actually completed the project before he said it would be done. The project included framing a new wall, drywall, new electrical outlets and lighting, flooring, new interior/exterior doors, trim work and painting. I will definitely use his services again."
