Biggest complaint was the overall price ($599). I wasn't expecting to need to replace the entire garage door opener, and the only options available with the technician for a single door garage were ~ $500 (obviously much lower price units are on the market). When garage door keypad was installed, the screws used were too long and drilled completely through the wall, so the are now sticking through outside next to the service door."

The estimate process was quick, a couple of adjustments were made with no issues, a few rusty, worn out parts were replaced in the main door from serviceable parts from the old third stall door.
