"I had a great experience working with Cool Air Technologies. Bill and Trish McIntosh are fantastic. Great personal service and super friendly. When I first met Bill, I explained to him that I had recently purchased a new home and was in the process of making some upgrades to my existing home so I could covert it to a rental. I didn't have any air conditioning so that was my priority but I was considering replacing the original furnace at the same time if the price made sense. However, I didn't want to invest in a high end system since I wasn't going to be living there myself. Bill quoted me a great price for the A/C and new furnace so it made financial sense to do them both at the same time. One of my other quotes was literally double for the same scope of work. Bill came in with his crew and they were professional and efficient and completed both A/C and furnace installs in about 7 hours, including running all new piping and electrical for the A/C. Around 40mins before the plumber arrived I got a text that told me who was coming to my house, a short bio about him, and an estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Joel Diaz, arrived to my house at the beginning of the appointment window and was very kind and courteous. Joel quickly evaluated the leak, had a plan to fix the leak, and gave me a no pressure proposal and quote. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Joel installed a higher quality valve than what was initially installed and I feel very confident that the valve will hold up a long time. Joel is a very nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show me what he was doing. He also finished the install extremely fast and left no mess at all.
