We finally bought our home in the area of Coral Gables. It’s a property of 2000 sqf more or less that features hardwood floors everywhere. As you can imagine, we wanted to remodel a little bit before moving into the house, so we set up a budget for painting, remodeling the kitchen, and of course fixing the floors that seemed over 100 years old. We contacted Mr. Martinez through Angie’s List because we have used this website before and we have had pleasant experiences with the services offered by the contractors registered here. We were very impressed with Martinez Wood Floors’ website and the pictures of jobs they have done before, so of course they were the ones we wanted to work in our house. We sent them a message and they replied right away asking for more information about the floors and a phone number to arrange a visit. They came on time and previously called to let us know that they were on their way. Properly dress and with vast knowledge they measure the house and explained everything that needed to be done to repair and leave those floors looking like new. We liked the energy and the level of compromise they put in their work. We did not have to look anywhere else, they were the ones we were looking for. The other important factor was the price; we did not want to go cheap but we also did not want to invest a fortune on the floors. Right on the spot, their prices are very good. They sent us the estimate that same day via email, very sophisticated and explaining everything the customer needs to know. We went ahead and booked them. They arrived at the time we had scheduled with all the tools to do the job. They repaired and sanded the floors at an incredible speed. Everything was very professional and they made sure we liked what they were doing. The owner closely supervised the job. When the floors were ready to be stained, they did some samples for us to choose the color we liked. They did an amazing job! When we got back to the house to review everything, we were flipped by the way the floors looked. All perfect like brand new. They are skilled craftsmen and pay attention to details. After we had paid them everything, we decided to change the baseboards in the house and we had no idea where to choose from, so we called Mr. Martinez to ask him for suggestions. The next day, he brought several samples of baseboards and helped us make the choice. They installed all the baseboards in the house and the cuts were perfect. They have a vast experience on hardwood floors and know what the customer wants and expects from them. We are very happy with them."

"Great work done on my backsplash and island to include some electrical work. I can’t complain at all...I had my kitchen done with others and they came and fix my errors! Juan did the work and his wife assistance in paying attention to detail is great! Very detailed, clean, flexible and very customer oriented. I will be hiring again for another home project! "             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

I chose to hire these guys because I had previously purchased a "deal" by these guys, which was for 2 painters for a day, and I was very impressed by how hard they worked and what they accomplished in the designated time. So I hired them for more work I needed done. I had no difficulty scheduling. Mr Massarone and his associate were very professional. They arrived on time. This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. "Excellent work! Marvin came on the day requested to see and evaluate the job and give us a quote of the final cost. He arrived as promised the next day to begin work and removed the wall of mirrors in the living room efficiently and safely, with no pieces falling to the floor. Next he sanded and smoothed the wall, repaired the opening in the wall between two rooms with sheet rock and applied a spackling compound matching the texture to that on the other walls of the rooms. He returned the following day to apply two coats of paint, undercoat and final. This job took the better part of two days and Marvin did the work with skill and precision and cleaned up at the end. We will definitely contact MJ Solis Company for our next remodeling job and highly recommend his services to others."
