"We had a leak in one of our bathrooms on the second floor of our home. The wood floors of two bedrooms were completely damaged. We started looking for a company to take care of this problem and we came across Martinez Wood Floors. What a great work they did! They came on the same day to provide us with an estimate. Their prices were excellent. By Saturday they were already working in our house. They had to remove all that flooring and install new one. By the way, we purchased the Oak floor with them, good prices and had the material on the following day. The employees are honest and hardworking. Very agreeable with anything you might ask. While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. "             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need
