Cost $329 to clean line which was not covered under contract (and seems a bit excessive!!). Was told filter replacement was not covered in maintenance contract. Seems to me that this would be a priority maintenance item! Technician comment on last visit 5 months earlier stated filter was "still clean" and not replaced. Needless to say we will be finding another company to do our maintenance from now on."
