John came and took a look and found and fixed the problem quickly. He checked to make sure everything was wired correctly on our thermostat, and that everything was running smoothly. He also informed us of some cleaning that needed to be done to our system to help it run more efficiently, and offered the service to get it all cleaned up while he was there. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
