Hello I’m the owner of Rolando’s overhead doors LLC and I been in the garage door business for 3 years. "The work was beautiful upon completion. Just shy of a year after construction was completed, the seam of the add-on began to leak. James was called and came out to take a look. He and a few guys added caulk ( I assume - wasn't told) to try and fix the issue. Shortly thereafter, we had another bout of storms and the seam still leaked. James was called once more and stated that he had never had this issue before. He came out again and then stated that the problem was the roof slant/chimney and would need another approximately $4,000.00 dollars to fix. Needless to say, not happy with that one."

"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
