Called Benjamin Franklin who said they could send a technician today. Coles showed up, took one look, made a phone call and said they had the piping in stock. He went to pick up what he needed, came back and completed the job in around 2 hours. He even backfilled part of the trench so my husband wouldnâ t have to do it. We have an electrician coming out tomorrow so will be calling Cole to hook up our new gas range. Talk about going above and beyond! We have found our plumbers for life!"

"I had a slight gas odor coming from thermostat control valve on 9 year old gas water heater. The technician went over my options of replacement. He called the manufacturer on part replacement costs and symptoms I was having. The manufacturer told him that the gas odor is normal. Therefore, he did not charge for service call and everything was fine. It was nice that they were honest and try not to have me replace or buy anything I didn't need. Some places would have tried to con me into an expensive repair or new water heater."
