"They did a quality job but their communication skills need a little work. They didn't tell me they were going to start the job until the day before they were going to start the job, which was a hassle because I had some bush trimming to do before they started. Also, they apply a little paint so you can decide whether you like it or not (which I liked), but was given very little time to view and decide. I don't know, it seemed kind of chaotic compared to experiences I've had with other contractors."

"Not every cabinet maker would go in and redo parts of cabinets, they usually like to do the whole thing and they were very nice about taking someone elses work and redoing it for me.   They built cabinets for us in the past, too.  We had talked about stylist cabinets, I told them they shaker style I wanted, they agreed we could do that but he forgot to write it down on the contract.  When the cabinets came and I saw it wasn't what I wanted, I called him and told him.  He said I was right and that we would change it, he didn't pressure me he just immediately said they'd change it.  Even though it wasn't written down on the contract he remember that we talked about it and agreed to it.  It was so nice to not have to fight it.   They are very meticulous and go over it 2-3 times.  If there is something I don't see and he think it's helpful he might point it out rather than build it per my instruction.  He was really nice to point things out and help me to realize something I might not have otherwise.  I really appreciated that, he did it in such a way that wasn't over bearing.  I felt their price was very reasonable. It wasn't the highest or lowest.  They were accommodating, super friendly, hard working and honest people that build a really good product.   I thought the quality was great.  I have recommended them so much."

"Brian arrived right on time.  He is very personable and pleasant to talk to.  He did a great job meeting my excitable dogs.  Brian cleaned and replaced some grout on my kitchen counter between the back splash and counter, and removed and re-caulked the shower corners, frame, and glass door.  The result was that my shower looked better than it did when it was first installed.  Brian found some areas that he thought might be allowing water to seep through and repaired those areas.  Due to those repairs the job took a little bit longer so Alex finished up the project.  Alex is much like Brian, very personable and capable.  I would hire Grout Pro again without hesitation.  Great experience <br />"
