Mr. Tucker took my call, I explained I have a house in Little Rock and I currently live in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Tucker was highly informative over the phone and sent me a quote via emsil, always stayed in touch with me each step by phone, text and email. I felt very comfortable with him, when I asked to see his license and other paperwork he immediately sent them to me no hesitation. Mr. Tucker even referred me to his BBB rating and I checked that out as well. Mr. Tucker came to my house to inspect the install areas, then came back when all items ordered and installed everything in 1 day.
