"I would describe Lonnie as skilled and trustworthy. From the start he gave us an accurate timeline and was straightforward with when he would be able to start the project which was a few months out. He kept us informed of progress and returned calls/texts the same day. The final cost of the project was only slightly above the quoted price. The difference being the need to install the sewage pump versus extending the sewage line. As with any old home, there are likely to be issues meeting the current building codes. Lonnie always addressed these issues immediately with the building inspector to find an acceptable solution rather than moving forward and hoping the inspector wouldn't catch it or guessing at a solution that would be acceptable to the inspector. Lonnie was also willing to work with us so we were able to do some of the work to lower costs: trim work, painting, and installing ship-lap. We will certainly be working with Raven Builders for any other projects."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "Mike, dba Satellite Dish Installer, did a great job of removing my formerly used DISH satellite from the top center peak of my two story home. Mike was very easy to coordinate with, arrived 10 minutes early (always a plus) and was very quick in removing my DISH. He fully explained what he would do, and actually did, for me and caulked the holes where the DISH struts were removed to prevent rain penetration. He then took care of recycling the DISH after giving me the option to keep the DISH or have him recycle it."
