He came up with the solution to several problems, and came up with a perfect solution to each of them. He built a wall, cut an opening in to a an adjacent room, framed in a new wall, patched the holes in the original closet, textured both of the closets, matching it perfectly, installed new flooring in the new closet, caulked, primed and painted all surfaces, matching it perfectly with the original textures and color. I could not have been more pleased with his work. <br /> I have already hired him to completely remodel a condo, that had all fixtures, cabinets, and appliances from the mid 1970's and in cheap materials with seriously poor condition into a modern upper scale two bedroom, two bath home.
