We agreed on a date for him to contact me by phone, but I didn't hear from him, or at any time after the agreed date. Never got a cost estimate. "Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"

"I have all new appliances that have a five year warranty on them. They come out whenever I need service. They came quick and this issue is trying to get a hold of them. Once they come, they do a good job. There were three different people that came out. The first one didn't have the part. The second one was supposed to come in, fix it but, forgot the parts. He also said that there was nothing wrong with it. After several phone calls a third person came out, fixed the ice maker, and back to normal. Price was great because, they didn't charge me. They are an average company, they are the one's that Frigidaire recommended that's why I used them. If I had to hire them, I wouldn't hire them if I was paying for it. They left it clean."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
