"Excellent !!! I highly recommend this contractor. The finished product was even better than I had imagined. On-Site Builders handled all of the necessary drawings, permits, & inspections. I met with Gary once or twice and he sketched the roof based on my description. I never had to get involved again after those meetings. He employed 4 subcontractors for the framing, shingled roof, vinyl covering, & fan installation. All performed exceptionally. It was as though they read my mind. I actually enjoyed watching his crew and the subcontractors perform their crafts. They were like well oiled machines. By watching every step of the process, I could see how well built it is. Very strong. A few flaws needed to be revisited in the vinyl work but they were corrected the next day. The area was kept clean throughout the process as they swept up every day. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a pleasure."

"We had met Marc before when he was working for another company.   We were thrilled to hear that he was still in the area and called him to do an estimate for our patio doors that were recently replaced.   We get alot of debris blown against the side of house where the doors are located, and he had installed safety film on the previous doors several years ago.   He arrived for the estimate when he said he would and provided a written estimate before leaving the house.   Since he had to order the film, we set a date for later in the week for installation.   Again, he arrived when he said he would, was efficient in completing the job and left the area very clean.   He is a consummate professional and I felt very honest when we were discussing the type of film that would be best for my home.  My husband and I will certainly hire him again. <br />"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "Southern Exposures Sun-rooms just completed my project to enclose our Lanai. They have been true to their promise so far (2 weeks after completion of project). This company was very responsive from the point of getting an estimate to job completion. I got 7 estimates and although they were not the least expensive, they quite close. We choose them because they have a local office in Wilmington as well as a warehouse in Leland. Also,they have been very quick to respond to all of our inquiries regarding cost,product qualities and install dates. All of the employees that we encountered,the office receptionist,salesman,hands-on installers and follow-up managers were cordial, professional and efficient.Upon completion of the install, a quality control manager came to visit to establish a list(punch list)of items that needed attention.
