Andy tested our water and found that its pH value was 6.97, which was consistent with previous readings over the past six months when he did other work for us. Because our well-water pH is essentially neutral, Andy explained the acid neutralizer tank is not necessary. He offered two options: 1) remove the tank (thus leaving us with only the water softener tank) or 2) empty it, which option I selected. He also reduced the cost of the service call. Andy’s approach starkly contrasts with the other company that for years took advantage of an unsuspecting customer by charging almost $300 to “service” the tank and unnecessarily adding expensive calcite. "Joe, came to my home to because I had no water. We had agreed upon 8:00 am he text and said he would be there by 7:30. When he arrived I showed him the garage where the house equipment was located. The first thing he noticed was that the water tank switch was installed incorrectly (the switch has been there for 27 years) I had the home built. Then he notice something not up to code. Showed him the well pump and he assess the pump. Joe then tells me my pump failed and would need to be replaced. The price would be 3,500 for the pump and 800.00 to replace the electrical components inside the well. I kindly paid him the $60.00 service fee and said good bye. The next company came at 10:00 am and replaced my pump in about 40 minutes and saved me over $2,000.00! This company stated my wiring was good and everything was fine inside the garage. Folks do your research- if something does not seem right it?s NOT! He left my breaker switch off and turned my range off breaker off!"

"Jimmy showed up to my home during a time when my thermostat was not working. That issue was fixed. He sold me a services contract and told me when he returned to services the units, he will cover the pipes outdoors. I purchased the contract for twice per year maintenance. I scheduled with him for a specific date. Appointment was confirmed but Jimmy did not show. When I called, he it appears that he forgot my appointment and he rescheduled saying he could not work in the rain. He rescheduled for a few days after and one of his workers showed up (Carlos). The guy showed up looking like he was someone who does not want to work and unprepared. So, I asked him if he has filters and he said know. Jimmy's workman did not bring filter, so I offered him filters I had stored. I asked him if he bought things to cover the pipes at the back, he said no. I called and left a message for Jimmy. Carlos was so rude and unprofessional. I was so scared of him and the way he was behaving. Carlos then said he would NOT do any service. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. He did return my money. BUT I will not recommend him. Will NOT use him again. As woman I will not hire again. Customer services was poor, reliability and punctuality poor."
