"Unfortunately there was a defective fitting that caused a pipe to burst. The house was vacant so we didn't learn about it until the next day. Alvin bent over backwards to repaire the damage, replace the ruined water heater, and make us whole. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."

"Kevin was very communicative and professional. He really worked hard on this project. I ended up replacing my Toto toilet because it was too hard to find replacement parts. We could get some, but not all, and I had to visit 2 different plumbing parts companies who gave me the wrong parts. Too much work that took too much time, but I learned a lot! I am SO glad that Kevin and his assistant, Herbert, gave me the option to replace. Thank you, Kevin, you will now be my go to plumber!"
