"Hired Luis for a complete foundation replacement for a home on a hill in Angelino Heights. Luis was very easy to work with from coordinating plans/permits, keeping to schedule, and scope changes along the way (LA City was a PITA). Luis was easy to talk to and his pricing was the best out of 5+ bids we got. Work involved replacing the entire footing/foundation, leveling interior floors, adding a few posts and support beams under the raised foundation, and replacing front patio cement area. Luis was always looking out for our bottom line and very efficient. Normally the type of foundation replacement we did requires multiple inspector visits but Luis knew the process well and only required one inspection after work was done, saving us a lot of money. Change orders were always handled professionally and very fair to both sides. Everything turned out great (I'm writing this review a year later). I highly recommend Angel Construction and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

During the early years of the company, we focused on manufacturing custom window coverings for our commercial accounts. It was during that time that I began to master all the facets of the business. The long version is that I had Neil place shades throughout my entire house after moving. I wanted a modern, bright, simple look with roller shades that rolled forward and provided privacy while allowing in some light. I used black out shades in the bedrooms. He even reached out to a different manufacturer to help me find what I was looking for. When the manufacturer delivered a product with a different finish than what I ordered, he made it right immediately with the manufacturer and we found a similar product in the same price point for replacement. I love the overall look and am very happy. Neil helped fix one shade that came off the bracket a few months later. I would definitely hire Neil again and recommend him without reservation."
