"SafeStreets Home Security was a lifesaver! They had to troubleshoot my 3 floor townhouse unit, requiring many trips up and down the stairs. Finally determined that I needed an entire new alarm system but had all the parts and equipment available. Helped me program the app and set my security codes."

"Very old alarm security system was in our house from the prior owners. It wasn’t hooked up to any monitoring or power. Max came out from the ADT Premier Provider group and got us modernized for sure. Everything is now wireless and we feel good about our choice to go with them."

"I interviewed 4 alarm security and network repair installers and hired Southwest Security. I selected Southwest Security because I felt the owner presented himself as capable and experienced. My experience with alarm companies is that many employ bottom of the barrel fly by night installers. I wanted competence and trustworthy people in my home. I was very impressed with the owners team. The young men who did our install were very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, Southwest has a tech leader who understands house network systems so they were able to do both projects (alarm and network repair). Having someone on the team who understands networks actually allows them to perform complicated alarm set-ups and develop solutions if problems arise. I highly recommend Southwest Security. Their pricing was slightly higher, but a solid value. I have also given Southwest permission to provide my contact info to any potential client wanting to verify my review or ask more questions."

"Abram is a wonderful electrician who makes sure the job is complete and that the customer is happy. We would recommend this company for any electrical work you need, large or small."

"Yes, replaced batteries and reprogrammed alarm system"

"Randy, has been handling my alarm systems on all the houses I’ve owned over 30 years now and he’s always does a professional job on the installs. The monitoring people are great and professional as well. Keep up the great work Modern Security."

"Only company on Angi's List that would repair our current system (smoke alarms, window sensors and home security system) and not try to sell us a new system. They responded promptly."

"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"Very easy to set up this system. We had a partially wired system for over 20 years. It was simple to replace the sensors with the new ones. So much more compact and efficient that our old system. There were very few glitches and it was very easy to contact customer support to resolve them in a matter of minutes."

"We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning! We found many online providers that offered an "instant background check" service, but were hesitant to give his SS# to just anyone, so we came to Angie's List to see if any trusted providers were listed here. Upon finding CSI Secure Solutions, I called them directly, and Chris himself (the owner) answered the phone. He personally committed to get it done, and he worked with me directly to get exactly what I needed within the time frame required. He made a stressful situation very seamless and simple, and I recommend him extremely highly!"
