During his appraisal of the size needed, I asked Jeff why my door would not shut completely unless I pushed the remote or wall operative several times. After observing the door when I attempted to close the door, he pinpointed the problem. He not only fixed this issue, but he also checked and tightened all the bolts and screws. Many were very loose.
