"The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The opener was not working at all. He installed a new one, replaced the worn out rollers with new ballbearing ones, tightened the spring a bit, installed a new door button, a new exterior keypad, and 2 new remotes. The door now opens quietly and is absolutely perfect. A great job! Thank you so much!"

After discussing replacement options, I decided to go with his suggestion -- he took care of the ordering and we scheduled date/time to remove/install the opener. "Levi was great. He arrived earlier than expected, which is great. Got started on the door pretty quickly. Asked him if I can watch, so I can learn a few things and he was more than open to it, in fact giving me some more info about garage doors. Levi was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Had quoted me a lot higher price on phone, but dropped the price down by 25% after the job was done. Ethical business owner. I plan to use them again to install a new garage unit with bluetooth. Definitely recommend this company. Satisfied customer."
