"The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. Geremi responded immediately, quoted a reasonable price to unclog the line, was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave it his all until the line was clear!! "My house was built in 1926 and the sewer pipes have not been changed in over 50 years.  Plotke Plumbing would come out every year and snake out the roots in the main line.  This year they had a hard time breaking through, so I decided to have the camera run down the length of the pipe.  Roots were entering the seams of the clay pipe.  Giovanni did the camera inspection, which I watched while the camera went down the line.  He gave me an estimate on using a combination of pipe bursting and reline. Only 2 holes were dug and no trenching. He indicated the job would take 3 days, and offered to start a few days later, since there was no backup or emergency.  I have used Plotke Plumbing on big and small jobs for many years. I trust the owners and decided to go forward.  The crew showed up right on time, spent the first day doing the excavation, second and third day installing the new pipe and cleaning up.  I got to see the completed job by the camera that was inserted in the line for me.  I think they did a good job, showed up on time, did what they said they would do and delivered the finished job at the agreed price. Nobody likes to hear that they need a big plumbing job for their home.  Plotke Red Lilly works around my neighborhood all the time.  They would not be in business this long if they were not doing a good work and providing good customer service.
