"Unfortunately there was a defective fitting that caused a pipe to burst. The house was vacant so we didn't learn about it until the next day. Alvin bent over backwards to repaire the damage, replace the ruined water heater, and make us whole. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."

He diagnosed that my degrading/corroded pipe was due to the interaction of metals and installed brass to transition between the other pipes. He was extremely nice and would definitely hire again."
