"He was prompt, willing to explain things to us and reasonable when compared to others we have dealt with in the past. I also liked that when he said he would solve the problem he did so for the original price quoted. In our case that meant he ran his machine through our line and used the camera to locate the clog (massive tree roots and a broken pipe) and finally dug up the yard to find the source of the clog as well as provide relief for the clog. "I contacted at least 7 plumbers via web with the same message: Emergency, clogged sewer line. R/C Solution was the only plumber who ever got back to me. I sent messages through different interfaces on the web besides Home Advisor. I received emails all saying that I would be contacted soon. R/C Solution is the only one who called me the same day I put out the message. They made an appointment to see my sewer line the day I discovered the emergency. Within a half hour, Miguel invited me to see the problem / worst case scenario through their sewer cam: A root from the Poplar Tree broke through the pipe. Miguel and his partner took about 5 or 6 hours to get the job done. As you see from the pics, they dug about at least 100 pounds of roots. The section of pipe they cut out, as you see in the pic, should remind everyone what will happen if you plant a large tree next to a sewer line. As you see, their solution to couple in the new section of pipe was very neat; they had to dig down about 5 or 6 feet through compacted soil and rock to accomplish this. After they were done, as you see in the pic, R/C Solution pretty much had the driveway back to normal. In the future, I look forward to working with R/C Solutions again. Miguel informed me of a possible leak at the sewer line's 90 degree turn, so he said he would give me a discount to install a further outlet there. Thanks, Miguel!"
