"upon inspection of the old tank it was determined that the tank itself, bladder, etc, was fine but the couplings at the bottom were corroded resulting in a pin hole leak. Jim offered me the choice to try to replace the couplings and save the tank but pointed out that since the tank was 10 years old it could fail sooner than later and I'd have to go through the labor charge all over again...we both agreed it was best to replace the entire tank and fittings to get it taked care of right the first time. Clearly the best way to go but nevertheless appreciated being given the choice. Jim and his assistant Glenn, were very professional and courteous."

It took a little bit to get the work scheduled, but if they're keeping busy with lots of work that in and of itself says a lot about the quality of work they do and the business they run. The work was done efficiently without me having to hover over them - Darren was up on the roof doing what he needed to do, and he told me when he was done. The shingles matched much better than I was expecting them to do (the roof is almost 10 years old), and while it's not a big deal, it's nice to not see the giant patch job from the back.
