His son works with him and he is also very well educated as far as understanding the system. So, I have just have confidence in them. I do not get a run around like I had from others. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. "Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.
