Had to call someone from Columbia since apparently, they don't have plumbers in Charlotte (WTH?) even though they claim to have local plumbers. Guy charged me over $400 and told me they had to call another company to actually fix the problem. This company was also out of Columbia and didn't serve Charlotte. Plumber said he couldn't do anything and I had to call another plumber but did not offer any refund. Called another plumber and he fixed for a little over $100. Call Dad lost another customer! He did not have any business cars to give the customer. He came in, that does not cover his feet. He does not have anything professional about him. He don't have any tools to repair anything. He charged me $45 with no intention of repairing anything through my house. Why are you coming in people's houses and disrespect their carpet in the cleanliness of their house, don't you supposed to put on some shoe covers or something?
