All of the issues were because they failed to recognize that my existing venting didnât match the new unit (even though they added to the venting) and because they didnât provide drain piping to manufacture recommendations. They offered me money back and then rescinded the offer as the problems they should have caught just continued. I ended up âchattingâ with the manufacturer and showing them screenshots to prove the venting was wrong. They offered a cleaning crew after I complained and already cleaned up the mess they ground into the carpet. When I asked to speak to the owner/DORA license holder, Levi Torres, I was told Levi âdoesnât take phone callsâ. Clearly, he only takes your money and wastes your time."
