"We worked with Cedric and his team to uplift our outdoor landscaping. Cedric was incredibly organized, with wonderful vision and experience. We met several times to discuss our vision for the project, what was feasible, what was affordable, what needed to be modified over the course of the project. Cedric's team was very professional. Cedric's decades of experience provided that every detail or possible hiccup was thought of ahead of time and accounted for. Everything was seamless, which was really valuable. Communication and expectations were impeccable."

"Our neighbors in a new-build community were so happy with the fence D&D installed that all of the surrounding homeowners -ourselves included- decided to go with them as well. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Daniel, one of the owners, is incredibly friendly and personable, which made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I’m very particular, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything met my expectations. They’re a local, family-owned business that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Seriously impressed!"

"I hired David for two reasons. I am one the person who taught him for many years, who happens to be a reputable Denver landscape company, but also because a crew I hired to do my outdoor area in my backyard stopped work and disappeared. David completed my kitchen under budget, and with the detail that only a true outdoor Craftsman could do. Highly recommend!"

"Peppers Landesign team did an amazing job. I had fence partial replaced & complete stain, concrete patio & covering removed & replaced, sod & sprinkler system installed, and a single car driveway replaced. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently with daily communication of review & forecast of next days plan. I would definitely highly recommend Peppers for your next outdoor improvement project."

"Professional, friendly, good work, showed up and finished on time. Good communications with the office. They did a great job repairing the poorly repatched mortar on all of the stone walls of our house. Will definitely use them again for patio builds and retaining walls in the coming two years!"

"They worked around the weather. They made our patio artistic. They were reasonably priced compared to some other quotes."

"I need some work done on some stone work on my roof. The weather wouldn't cooperate, but they kept in touch and we found a time that worked once the weather finally cleared up. Communication was excellent. The quality of the work was great and so was the price."

"These guys were amazing! I heard about them through a friend and contracted with them to renovate my basement after TWO FLOODS! They were responsive and let me know the process from beginning to end including time frames, etc. They believe in treating your home like their own. So if ever I had a question or concern, they addressed the issue before I brought it up or very quickly after I contacted them. Their price point for the work was fair and competitive. We love the finished product! We have a beautiful new basement living area, office, and bathroom. Other upgrades include new sump pump, new hot water heater, updated lighting, and reconfigured hvac. Thanks for everything!"

"David and his crew built us a beautiful deck! Ours was a small deck, but that didn't stop this team from building it like it was a huge money-making job! They were very professional, kind and honest as well. David was always in touch with us when he needed to pick up more supplies and it would make him a little late. He didn't like to be late. A great asset in any contractor. He never made us wonder if he would show up or not do great work! We were very impressed with the awesome deck we now have to enjoy. We would recommend David and The Other Side Lawn and Landscape to anyone who wants quality work and a professional team! They also quote a great price. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you, David, you have made us very happy!"
