"Wayne came out and diagnosed my harddrive was dying which wasn't a surprise at all considering it's age. He helped me pick out a new computer (I'm a die hard Dell girl!) and came out and installed it since I was totally unfamiliar with windows 10. He was very professional and courteous throughout everything, even teaching me how to navigate windows 10 which I found out was not as intimidating as I thought it would be. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody."

"We had our TV mounted over our fireplace. At first we weren't sure it was even an option, but Nick came out and took a look for free. The mount we purchased was not correct. He was able to come out the next day and install the mount. It looks good; a way better job than we could've done ourselves. Highly recommended to others!"

"Terry is very good at what he does with computers. He is very knowledgeable and always amazes me. When he tells you he will be at your house or whatever he is going to have to do to a computer he dies just that. He is reasonable price wise."

"Outstanding service able to work network computers both old school and new tech to make things work together flawlessly. Pleasantly surprise. Absolutely would hire again."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I dropped my camera with the zoom lens extended - I contacted Bryan, who I had met from an earlier positive experience, and asked if he could repair cameras.  He stated up front that he not worked on one like mine but to bring it in and let him take a look.  I did and within a day he had it fixed and working better than new.   I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is nothing in the electronic world that he cannot repair -
Old fashion work ethic coupled with a truly professional and in-depth understand of technology
Personable, professional, dependable, prompt along with fair pricing just about everything one is looking for in a service provider

I would drive a good distance to get him to work on computers, cameras or any other technology items that needed repair
