"New AC unit in 2016 with recent problem being the third issue with unit since installed. Parts covered by warranty but labor and freon refill not. Most recently coil found leaking and needed to be replaced. I explained to owner past problems including my thought 3 breakdowns was excessive for newer unit. He said he would work with us to get it fixed to our satisfaction and he did just that. I would call them again for HVAC service."

We signed a contract with Bill on Tuesday afternoon, with the install scheduled two days later on Thursday! The other companies were 2-4 weeks out on installs. The install team (Richard & Justin) arrived promptly at 9am on Thursday and got straight to work. The removal and install was smooth and painless. They finished up around 5pm and spent an additional 45 minutes explaining how the new equipment worked, how to get the most out of the system, and answering our remaining questions. We went from an old, broken AC unit to a complete high-efficiency HVAC system in less than one week. Thank you Aire Serv!"

This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
